Awesome events: Sure, they moved peak bloom for the cherry blossoms back a couple weeks, but that’s not gonna stop the Cherry Blossom Festival from getting started (also, a good reminder it might be a little cray around SW DC); Hey, just because you can’t see the real cherry blossoms doesn’t mean you can’t see the psychedelic ones; But be sure to make time for one of America’s favorite holidays that’s not even American, St. Patrick’s Day! (Cinco de Mayo still has a few months); Test your luck at Shamrock Fest, Kirwan’s On The Wharf or the Guinness Brewery!; And while you’re slowly recovering from too much soda bread, Justin Timberlake will be bringing sexy back to the District (these earplugs can help drown out the screaming-girl sound); Drinking like the Irish this weekend? Be smart and SoberRide.

In honor of St. Patrick’s Day we thought it was only appropriate to bribe a leprechaun with whiskey 🍀

Phillip Stutts just released an awesome book, but what’s more awesome is the reason why; Wanna be in a movie? Here’s your chance; Zengo Cycle and Lululemon are teaming up next Friday for a little girls night out; DC is “going all in” on the future of the Metro; You’ll soon be able to get everything you don’t need from Target in one day – without even going to Target!; If you love chicken sandwiches and are as hungry as we are right now talking about chicken sandwiches, this is for you.

For the third straight year, FamousDC and AGA last night tipped-off March Madness – no upsets in sight. Despite a few busted brackets, high spirits were still intact as Washingtonians were able to put political debate aside for another hot topic: which team would make it to the championship.

Congrats and thank you to AGA for hosting another awesome March Madness event last night!; Hello Shane Harris – we see you; Nikki Schwab told us the most amazing Vegas story on Thursday night; Speaking of that, hey Ken Bone – we miss you; Stephanie Mars has a strong to quite strong  Insta game going on; We wonder if Cameron Cox is watching the NCAA tourney; Josh Grogis shoutout; Sean Spicer owes us an email; Has Christian Clymer been hiding from us?; Arjun Mody lives life on the iPhone battery edge; Pens are overrated anyway, Brianna Keiler; We hope Christian Clymer’s week had more YP than MP; Holly Campbell’s Pure Barre game is on point; Happy Anniversary Jenn Sherman and Bill Gray!; We love Riva Sciuto almost as much as she loves taco day; Crush it this weekend Hannah Mooney!; Did Becky Card enjoy her trip to 2007?; Good luck with Scuplt this weekend Mattie Duppler!; Michael LaRosa dominated Wednesday morning to evening; Give Brookley Valencia a high five for finishing the Rock n Roll Half Marathon; Chris Frates crushed the RnR half as well; Jessica Bowers wins the mom of the century award; Todd Bowers does not win the mom of the century award; Mark Strand needs his own news network; Congrats to Geoff Embler for moving on to a secretive new gig; Brad Forder, we’re excited about the Environmental Film Festival; Allie Barth is off to a warmer climate; We love the new house, Jeremy Art and Kelsey Jones Art; We love you, Cindy Ziegler; When we grow up, we want to be Geoff Tracy’s kids; Come visit us, Alex Sailer; We predict that Kevin Madden’s son becomes an MLB player; Jonah Van Why, we salute you; Charles Hokanson, we love corned beef and cabbage too!; Congrats to Captain DJ Paulie P on 1 year of service; Audrey Henson is sharing lots of exciting news; We’ll do anything for balloons too, Brian Walsh; Anna Palmer and Jake Sherman’s Thursday was very valuable; Rob Costa and Josh Dawsey made some (front page) news; Angie Goff is living with a couple of venture capitalists; Good luck to Sean McDonnell on running a half-marathon this weekend!; We think you’re awesome, Brian Wohlert; We love seeing Matt Woelfel at every DC event; Darin Gibbons has beautiful eyelashes; Tara Bauer knows how to cheer on the Hoos; Hi Jeff Feiwell;  Justin Timberlake is coming to DC this weekend and we are so excited!; Andrew Rafferty had a birthday.
