#Weekend

Awesome events: Sure, they moved peak bloom for the cherry blossoms back a couple weeks, but that’s not gonna stop the Cherry Blossom Festival from getting started (also, a good reminder it might be a little cray around SW DC); Hey, just because you can’t see the real cherry blossoms doesn’t mean you can’t see the psychedelic ones; But be sure to make time for one of America’s favorite holidays that’s not even American, St. Patrick’s Day! (Cinco de Mayo still has a few months); Test your luck at Shamrock Fest, Kirwan’s On The Wharf or the Guinness Brewery!; And while you’re slowly recovering from too much soda bread, Justin Timberlake will be bringing sexy back to the District (these earplugs can help drown out the screaming-girl sound); Drinking like the Irish this weekend? Be smart and SoberRide.

#Watch

In honor of St. Patrick’s Day we thought it was only appropriate to bribe a leprechaun with whiskey 🍀

#NewsYouCanUse

Phillip Stutts just released an awesome book, but what’s more awesome is the reason why; Wanna be in a movie? Here’s your chance; Zengo Cycle and Lululemon are teaming up next Friday for a little girls night out; DC is “going all in” on the future of the Metro; You’ll soon be able to get everything you don’t need from Target in one day – without even going to Target!; If you love chicken sandwiches and are as hungry as we are right now talking about chicken sandwiches, this is for you.

For the third straight year, FamousDC and AGA last night tipped-off March Madness – no upsets in sight. Despite a few busted brackets, high spirits were still intact as Washingtonians were able to put political debate aside for another hot topic: which team would make it to the championship.
