Who needs a meteorologist to tell you it’s raining outside when you can just refer to the elevator down the hall on the inside?

That’s right, the age old invention that has provided vertical transportation for centuries is finally equipped with waterfalls – at least in the Rayburn House Office Building – and at least until Mother Nature decides to get it together.
