Enjoy some smokin’ grub without worrying about burning down the backyard; DC welcomes its inaugural By The People Festival – an international arts and dialogue festival – across the city, all weekend long; National Harbor is hosting Maryland’s inaugural Vintage Wine, Food and Jazz Festival and do we really need to say anymore?; There’s gonna be a lot of stars on the Mall this weekend (not the Angelina Jolie kind, this kind); And of course, whatever you do this weekend, brunch is always a good idea.
