Remember when we were kids and got all dressed up for halloween in elaborate store-bought costumes and went door-to-door trick or treating? Well, we still do that as adults – only now we dress up in all black, throw some ears on and and go bar-to-bar trick or treating for as many drinks as our paycheck allows.

So where exactly are the best bars to go tricking and treating yourself to drinks that won’t get you into even more debt? Listen up, because we’ve got the inside scoop on halloween bar deals so sweet, you’re dentist will think you downed an entire bag of candy corn (which you probably also did, but were too drunk at the time to remember).

Bier Baron Tavern

Chinese Disco

Specials: Premium Open Bar for ticketed customers, as well as Halloween classics running on the TVs and a dark dance floor

Hawthorne

Specials: Drinks specials will run until from 9/29 until midnight on 9/30 and include $5 16oz Bud Lights, $6 Fireball shots and $6 rail drinks, and a special Halloween $6 cauldron shot special running all night. DJ Dimmy will keep it going all night, with all 5 bars open.

Madam’s Organ

Specials: $7 absolut drinks, jameson drinks and olmeca altos drinks. There will also be a costume contest with a grand prize of $1000 on Saturday night.

McClellan’s Retreat

Specials: During the ticketed event there will be an pen bar including beer, wine, premium cocktails and Mission’s famous margaritas, From 1am until closing they’ll be running drink specials including $4 Tecates and $7 Tito’s cocktails
