When you’re busy running the country interning for the person who works for the person running the country, you can’t be bogged down with gourmet lunch recipes. Besides, who even has that kind of money to spend? Between desk organization, cat videos and teaching yourself origami, we’d be surprised if you even have time for lunch.

That’s why we made an easy recipe tutorial for all you DC interns out there, so you can enjoy a healthy and nutritious (read: fast and cheap) lunch on the go. Just grab some bread, a slice or two of bologna and cheese from somewhere in your desk, slather on a little ketchup and you’re good to go!

No plates, napkins, utensils, refrigeration or sterilization required.
