A huge congratulations to Jeremy Art and his soon to be wife, Kelsey Jones, on their engagement. These two C-Span lovebirds will soon be tying the knot after Kelsey said, “yes” at the whisper spot in the United States Capital where Jeremy proposed (awww!).

Can it get any better? Oh, most definitely. Not only was this quite a clever and romantic proposal, but they caught the whole thing on tape.
