Dome Tour Proposal

As not to be out done, Danny Reeves proposed to his long time girlfriend Jacqueline Shempp on the top of the Capitol Dome last week. She was taking in the experience and scenery when she turned around, saw Danny on one knee. They meet when Danny was on the hill close to 5 years ago.
