Where should we start forming the line?

About a month ago, news broke that Chipotle, the Denver-based kings of Mexican fast-casual fare, were working on a similarly structured Asian concept. We weren’t paying it much heed until New York Magazine’s Grub Street blog, in a post on James Beard Rising Star chef Nate Appleman’s unlikely new job with Chipotle, mentioned that the new concept will debut in the District.
