Chance of precipitation is 80%. New rainfall amounts of less than a tenth of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.

UPDATE (3:54 pm): “gridlock near the White House, no traffic is moving, tourists are running around like drenched crazy people, lots of Boy Scouts getting rained on.”
