Twitter is currently defending itself from a "denial of service" attack:  [we didn’t know what it was either]

…an attempt to make a computer resource unavailable to its intended users.

This means Twitter joins millions of users [congressional constituents] across the country who are unable to get the proper resources [answers] they need.

Perhaps Congress, like Twitter, should try rebooting.
