New Firm Will Offer Public-Policy Campaign Strategy, Public Affairs And Coalition Management

Washington, DC—The S-3 Group and Bryant Row Public Affairs announced today they are joining forces to create S-3 Public Affairs.  The merging of talents of the two firms will allow them to provide a greater array of corporate and issue-based coalition and advocacy work. This new venture marks the future of public affairs strategy, with the best of both government and public affairs together on one team, providing a lean, efficient and creative approach to advocacy.

(Snead and Ference both worked for Sen. Roy Blunt (R-Mo.) when he was House whip.) Now they’re hoping to build out their operation as a one-stop shop. S-3’s stable includes JPMorgan, Koch, the National Rifle Association Institute for Legislative Action, Google, Halliburton, Northrop Grumman and Boeing.

NOTE: One firm making the shift is the all-GOP lobby shop S-3 Group, which is rebranding as S-3 Public Affairs as it merges with Bryant Row.

The move comes with the addition of veteran communications pro Amos Snead and his boutique PR team. Stationed in a row house in Eastern Market, S-3 Public Affairs plans to integrate lobbying services with coalition management, digital advocacy campaigns, crisis communications and brand development.
