Culinary great Julia Child would have been 100 years old yesterday.  A lover of all things involving butter, cheese, meat, and alcohol, we like to think of her as one of our kindred spirits.  One of the original celebrity chefs, she taught us patience, creativity, and an appreciation for detail.  This week we toast (and eat!) to Julia.  The world is more delicious because of you.
