Clyde’s Restaurant Group opened its newest eatery adventure this weekend and a few visits have assured me that the restaurant/music venue has everything you need for your weekday, weekend, evening, and late-night fun.

Named after founding father Alexander Hamilton, the 37,000 square foot restaurant features 400 restaurant seats spread out over five bars and six dining areas, a (secret!) upstairs loft area with bar and 80 seats, and 260 seats downstairs in a concert venue space, which also plays host to a side bar area. Eight different food menus, depending on the time of day, will tickle your taste buds with offerings spanning from burgers and pizzas to charcuterie and sushi.

Open 24 hours a day, seven days a week except for Christmas, the Hamilton showcases a concert area below the restaurant with shows nearly every night. Tickets will be priced anywhere from $15 to $40 and the music will range from blues to jazz to rock. A “venue menu” will be offered during the shows and a gospel brunch will be featured on Sundays, complete with a choir and a Southern-themed menu. The walls, which are lined with insulated panels to absorb the sound so restaurant patrons are not bothered upstairs, display photos of Bob Marley, Jimi Hendrix, John Lennon, and other legends, making it a true music lover’s haven. Swoon.

But the special perks are what really make this place amazing. In addition to outlets under the bar for patron’s wireless recharging needs, the Hamilton’s army of approximately 300 servers will carry hand-held electronic devices to take your order, as well as tiny printers to run your bill. Serious #techlust.
