Tim Gunn, from fashion television show Project Runway, (and Tim Gunn’s Guide to Style) was spotted today with LeAnne Marshall (Project Runway’s Season 5 winner) in the Rayburn Cafeteria. Tim Gunn was "making it work" and in town to lobby Congress in a hearing about the intellectual property rights of fashion.
