Washington, DC isn’t exactly Ybor City in Tampa Bay or Little Havana in Miami, but there are few quality spots in the DMV that you can enjoy and purchase a premium cigar despite a less than welcoming local regulatory structure. This list of Stogie shops isn’t exhaustive, but a good start for cigar enthusiasts looking to explore new selections of cigars. Sometimes smoking a stogie is best enjoyed in the comforts of your own home, car, or a walk outside. However, whether it be current events, food, drinks, travel, or even politics or religion, conversing with others can go well with a fine Maduro. Premium cigars are often perfectly paired with fine wines or quality scotches.
